What does the service include:

Base Services:

• Regular Home Check & Security Monitoring (exterior and interior): Basic property inspections to ensure security, address alarms, and spot any issues early.

• Garden Care (exterior):  Routine basic maintenance, pruning, and watering

• Plant Care (inside): Watering and maintaining indoor plants, especially for valuable or exotic plants.

• Clearing mail (twice per week): Collecting and securely storing packages and important mail.

• Rubbish and Recycling Management: Putting out and bringing bins back in

• Utility Management: Monitoring water, gas, electricity, and heating to ensure everything remains functional and efficient.

• Emergency Response Services: On-call availability for emergencies or unexpected issues.

We offer a range of premium and bespoke services to on request:

Premium Services (extra charge):

• Mowing lawns ($50 per week)

• Feeding pets ($25 per day, owner to provide food, certain pets only)

• Vehicle Care ($25 per week, starting vehicles periodically to maintain)

• Household Appliance Checks: Ensuring appliances remain in working order, and completing routine checks.

• Concierge Services (priced by arrangement) Arranging anything from restaurant reservations to airport pickups.

• Fridge and Pantry re-stock (priced per arrangement + $50 delivery fee) Grocery restocking before the homeowner’s return.

• Repair and maintenance supervision (10% + GST surcharge on tradespeople invoices)

Additional services may be provided if agreed upon in writing between the Client and the Service Provider.
