They must be installed no more than 3 meters away from each bedroom and on each level.
Doors and Windows - All are secure, latches in perfect order. locks working including keys for garages and sheds.
Council Consents - Is the property fully consented by Wellington City Council?
Electrical All electrics are safe and in working condition, no loose or visible wiring
Plumbing - No leaks and/or drips, all taps working both hot and cold. Hot water system fully functioning. Toilets function correctly
All whiteware must be functioning and include user guides. Recently serviced
Windows No cracks in windows, latches work. No leaks
Gardens in good condition prior to tenanting. Tidy, away from buildings
All fences and gates secure and in good condition. No gaps if fully fenced
All exterior pathways clear, moss free and no tripping hazards. All steps and handrails secure and solid and slippery areas waterblasted
Property and section completely clear of all rubbish and greenwaste
Mailbox in good working order, watertight. If your mailbox has keys, please provide us with a copy.
Keys for all doors provided, we must be able to access every part of the property for safety reasons. Even untenanted attached garages on site.
Swimming pool and / or spa fencing adequate for council code, intructions provided. pool servicing contract in place.
Is your Hot water Gas or Electric
Is your heating Gas or Electric
