Introducing quite possibly the most qualified property manager in Wellington and our Kapiti & Horowhenua specialist, Julia Day.

With over a decade in the property management industry Julia was one of the first property managers in the country to gain the NZRPM Level 4 qualification.

Julia’s journey with Tommy’s began in 2019 and has overseen our portfolio from Porirua all the way up to Levin and knows everything property management. She is also a NZRPM workplace assessor to boot. In her spare time, Julia is known for her love of music and is a huge fan of artists such as Rod Stewart, Fleetwood Mac and Crowded House.
