Ella was incredibly helpful when we first applied for the property and made the whole application process straightforward and stress free. During our tenancy, Rachel was our main point of contact and was always friendly, professional and easy to deal with. Communication was great throughout, with plenty of notice around inspections and any questions or minor issues we had were handled quickly.

When we decided to relocate to Australia, Rachel was also very understanding and supportive when we needed to finish our tenancy earlier than planned.

Overall, I’ve got nothing but good things to say about Rachel and the Tommy’s team. They made renting the property a really easy and positive experience.

From the beginning, Ella was so positive and helpful when we applied for our rental and made the application process quick and easy. Throughout our tenancy, we worked with Rachel Pike who has been incredible! She’s fantastic at keeping us in the loop, always gives plenty of notice for inspections and was very responsive when we only ever had minor issues, which were quickly resolved.

When we decided to make the move to Australia, Rachel was completely understanding when we unfortunately had to end our lease early.

Very accommodating to meet me at short notice, willing to work for agreeable terms between myself and the owner and very prompt with the contracting. At the same time I was dealing with Oxygen where I waited 2 weeks for a response and consequently signed with Tommy’s and that rental remains unoccupied.
