From setting up the initial viewing, to arranging a second one so all the flatmates could see the place and check anything we’d missed the first time round. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and he’s been easygoing and friendly to deal with throughout. Noting I haven’t started my occupancy yet but the pre-occupancy service from Bharath and KP at Tommys was superb! Very accommodating to meet me at short notice, willing to work for agreeable terms between myself and the owner and very prompt with the contracting. At the same time I was dealing with Oxygen where I waited 2 weeks for a response and consequently signed with Tommy’s and that rental remains unoccupied. I’ve been renting with Tommy’s Property Management for over 6 years, and they’ve been absolutely amazing! KP has been incredible — always on top of things, super responsive, and genuinely cares about tenants. It’s so reassuring to have someone who’s always there to help when needed. Also want to shout out Bharath Ranga, the Inspection Manager — he does a great job with inspections. He’s professional, friendly, and always provides helpful feedback on small things to improve, which really shows how much he cares about keeping the property in top shape. Overall, renting through Tommy’s has been such a positive experience. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
