Introducing the Managing Director of Tommy’s Property Management, Harrison Vaughan.
Harrison began his journey with Tommy’s back in 2012, starting as an administrator before quickly rising through the ranks thanks to his drive, creativity, and sharp understanding of the industry. Today, he leads one of Wellington’s most forward-thinking property management companies — known for its strong client relationships, premium service, and technology-led approach.
Recognised as a leading voice in New Zealand’s property management sector, Harrison is deeply involved in shaping the future of the industry. He co-hosts The Property Management Show alongside David Faulkner and Will Alexander, co-founded the annual national conference The PMC and contributes regular commentary to publications such as NZ Property Investor Magazine and Real Estate Today NZ. Harrison also founded The Property Management Academy, an online education platform helping train and upskill the next generation of property managers across the country.
At Tommy’s, Harrison continues to drive innovation — overseeing strategy, marketing, and technology across the entire Tommy’s Property group. He has led key initiatives such as the adoption of AI-powered systems, digital leasing processes, and Wellington’s first hybrid-electric management fleet. His passion for progress and his collaborative leadership style have positioned Tommy’s as a benchmark for modern, high-performing property management in New Zealand.
