With over 14 years in the industry, KP has developed a deep understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986 and its practical application in day-to-day property management. His ability to navigate complex tenancy matters with fairness and precision has earned him a reputation for integrity and results.

Holding a Level 4 Qualification in Residential Property Management, KP combines strong legislative knowledge with exceptional communication and leadership skills. He is passionate about delivering high standards of service to landlords and tenants alike, ensuring every property is managed efficiently and compliantly.
